Trend Capital in Vancouver, WA seeks an experienced Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple roles. You will evaluate candidates and guide interviews from outreach through offer acceptance, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and able to manage several openings in a fast-paced environment with strong interviewing and assessment skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome candidates to the office and conduct on-site tours.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, follow-up.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates with summaries and insights.
• Write and post job descriptions across boards and channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and teams.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting activity in systems.
