Qualifications

• 2+ years of general accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Dynamics GP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of A/R, A/P, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll activities.
• Prepare routine financial reports and assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Support budget tracking and provide financial information to management.
