Qualifications
  • 5 years of previous bookkeeping experience.
  • 5 years of Quickbooks experience and high-volume Accounts Payable
  • Law firm accounting experience a plus
  • Accuracy in entering accounting transactions
  • Bank reconciliations as well as credit card reconciliations
  • Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Word
  • Administrative duties as needed
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
