Job summary

PrideStaff is partnering with a premier local wholesale food distributor to recruit a dedicated Full Case Grocery Selector for their warehouse team in Weatherford, TX. You will accurately pick full-case grocery orders, using scanners and equipment, to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years old, English literacy, and the ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Ability to pass physical capabilities test, drug screen, and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Read selection labels or operate hand-held scanners to identify slot locations, product descriptions, and required quantities for orders.
• Pull correct quantities of designated full-case products from slot locations and secure them onto carts or pallets.
• Drive powered industrial equipment between aisle locations and repack areas to build completed orders.
• Transport finished orders to the front staging dock and place them in the correct load sequence.
• Meet production standards while minimizing mispicks, shortages, and damages.
• Handle products and equipment safely during transit by hand, pallet jack, forklift, or conveyor.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety rules and attendance policies.

Job Summary: PrideStaff is partnering with a premier local wholesale food distributor to find a dedicated, reliable Full Case Grocery Selector to join their active warehouse team! In this key role, you will be responsible for selecting full-case grocery product orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customers receive top-quality deliveries on time. Key Responsibilities:

• Read selection labels or operate hand-held scanners to identify slot locations, product descriptions, and required quantities for orders.
• Pull correct quantities of designated full-case products from slot locations and secure them onto carts or pallets.
• Drive powered industrial equipment efficiently between aisle slot locations and repack areas to build completed customer orders.
• Transport finished orders to the front staging dock and place them accurately in the correct load and stop sequence.
• Continually meet assigned production standards while maintaining high quality to minimize mispicks, shortages, and damages.
• Handle all products and equipment safely to prevent injuries or damage during transit by hand, pallet jack, forklift, or conveyor.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area, follow supervisor directions, and adhere strictly to facility safety rules and attendance policies.

Qualifications & Special Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to speak, read, and understand the English language clearly.
• Ability to work comfortably in varying temperature environments ranging from 38°F (refrigerated areas) to 110°F (warm distribution zones).
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp, and reach overhead continuously for periods of two hours or more.
• Willingness and capability to be trained and certified on required powered industrial equipment within 30 days of hire.
• Flexible schedule availability to accommodate early mornings, extended shifts, and weekend work based on operational demand.
• Must be able to successfully pass a physical capabilities test, drug screen, and criminal background check.
