Job summary

Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures is seeking an Order Filler to accurately assemble customer orders from inventory and prepare them for shipment. The role covers warehousing activities including receiving, storing, issuing, reconstitution, inventorying, and shipping gear and equipment.

Responsibilities include packing and shipping PGI material, receiving and filling orders, picking items, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in warehousing duties (packing, shipping, receiving, inventory tracking).
• Demonstrate written and oral communication skills.
• Must be detailed-oriented and manage workload with minimal oversight.
• Ability to obtain forklift safety certification.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications.
• Past roles may include Inventory Specialist, Facilities Coordinator, or Inventory Associate.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of warehousing activities: receiving, storing, issuing, reconstitution, inventorying, and shipping gear and equipment.
• Conduct accurate packing and shipping of PGI material.
• Receive and fill customer orders.
• Pick merchandise, pack, verify against orders, and track shipments and inventory.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
