Job summary

Macy's Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Colleague in North Jackson, OH to support our supply chain operations. You will handle receiving, putting away, picking, packing and shipping merchandise, using PCs and handheld devices. Qualifications

• No Education or Experience Required
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs
• Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Receiving, preparing, putting away, picking, sorting, packing and shipping merchandise in a safe, productive and accurate manner
• Operate PCs, handheld devices, RF equipment and learning area-specific functions within multiple systems
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed; forklift experience a plus
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment; communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and leaders
• Support an environment of acceptance and respect with colleagues and community
