Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Associates in Hagerstown, MD to join a fast-paced distribution team. The role focuses on safe handling, accurate scanning, and efficient order fulfillment across a clean, organized facility.

Position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lb, operate forklifts and reach targets in a dynamic environment with strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification required/learned.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to read basic mathematics in English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning accuracy.
• Train dock employees on new procedures and maintain shift security.
• Perform picking and packing duties and check for damage.
