Amazon is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join the Operations Technology team in Bellevue, WA. You will design and deliver large-scale, highly available software across frontend and backend, leveraging React and AWS serverless architectures.

You will monitor services, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve the customer experience in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 3+ years of professional software development experience and a Bachelor's in CS or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Experiment, design and deliver large scale highly available software.
• Full stack development from front end using React or equivalent frameworks.
• Deliver solutions that scale to customers using Cloud/AWS Serverless architectures.
• Monitor the services using suitable metrics and design mechanism for operational excellence.
