Job summary

Soccer Post in New Jersey is hiring full-time Fulfillment Specialists to support our growing warehouse. You will handle picking, packing, and documenting orders using tablets and scanners, ensuring accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain stock integrity, assist with safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with teammates to prevent shipping errors. Prior logistics or order fulfillment experience is preferred; willingness to learn and adapt is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Previous order fulfillment, picking, or packing experience preferred.
• Comfort with tablets, scanners, and warehouse software.

Your Essential Position As a Fulfillment Specialist, you are the vital first link in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You are the engine of our warehouse operations, ensuring every product is swiftly and accurately sent to our customer base. This role is a foundation for professional growth, where you will work with a dedicated team to maintain a high-performance, organized, and efficient distribution center.

• Master of Accuracy: Take charge of picking, packing, and documenting customer orders using modern tablet and scanner technology.
• Quality Control: Ensure every item leaving our warehouse meets our standards—no missing pieces, no damaged goods.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain organized stock levels and keep the warehouse running efficiently.
• Problem Solver: Quickly spot and correct any incorrect descriptions or stock numbers to prevent shipping errors.

Essential Qualifications

• Laser Focus: Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.

• Logistics Experience: Previous order fulfillment, picking, or packing experience is strongly preferred.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing tablets, scanners, and warehouse management software.
• Inventory Insight: A basic understanding of warehouse policies, procedures, and inventory systems is a plus.

The Physical Requirements: Ready for the Fast Pace

• You must be capable of completing various physical activities throughout the shift, including extended periods of walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
• You must be able to safely move, lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to read and write effectively in English.
