Job summary

Paxon is seeking a Team Lead at the Allentown Fulfillment Center in Allentown, PA. The role focuses on supervising the fulfillment team, planning workflow, training associates, and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Supervisor and other departments, maintaining production standards, and ensuring customer requirements are met. Requires 1 year in manufacturing/distribution and ability to lift 50lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
• Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptable.
• Proven project implementations with demonstrated process improvement.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and push/pull carts up to 100 lbs.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize work; train associates; direct work with Supervisor or Manager.
• Train associates on processes.
• Assist the Supervisor and other groups to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company rules, policies, and guidelines.
• Ensure safety and security of associates and inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures.
• Monitor production standards and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Perform all functions the same as a fulfillment associate.
• Meet or exceed attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security standards.
