Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Fulfillment Team Lead in Arlington, TX to oversee daily fulfillment operations, coach team members, and ensure printed materials are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. The role requires leadership within printing, bindery, finishing, packaging, or manufacturing environments and a commitment to quality.

The ideal candidate will drive performance, troubleshoot equipment, manage shifts, and collaborate with QA and operations to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive experience in printing, bindery, fulfillment, packaging, or manufacturing.
• Previous leadership or supervisor experience in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple machines, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment operations across multiple production lines and machines.
• Ensure production schedules and customer delivery deadlines are achieved.
• Coach, train, and develop employees to adhere to SOPs.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Assist with shift planning, staffing coverage, and workload distribution.
