Job summary

BYLT, LLC is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee daily distribution center operations, ensuring accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining inventory integrity and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution center fulfillment activities including receiving, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and inventory management.
• Assign work, establish daily priorities, and monitor productivity to meet orders on schedule.
• Train, coach, and develop staff while upholding performance, attendance, quality, and safety.
• Monitor processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Ensure inventory is received and counted in the warehouse management system.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, order errors, damaged products, and shipping issues; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and meet customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution center in line with policies and safety regulations.
• Monitor equipment and supplies; communicate maintenance or replenishment needs.
• Prepare and review reports on productivity, order accuracy, inventory, and shipping performance.
• Enforce SOPs and continually improve distribution center processes.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, overtime planning, and workforce allocation.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• 2–4 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment experience.


• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience strongly preferred.


• Strong understanding of distribution center operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.


• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, or shipping software. Avectous experience strongly preferred.


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.


• Ability to prioritize tasks and make effective decisions in a fast‑paced environment.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.


• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.


• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle distribution center materials as required by the position.
