Job summary

LOFT is hiring a Fulfillment - Stock Associate in Meridian, ID. You will help the store run smoothly by processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor, and supporting OMNI fulfillment.

You’ll ensure the stockroom, sales floor, and desk are organized and fully stocked, taking ownership of the process from products to supplies. You will play an integral role in the store’s success with attention to detail, and you will perform responsibilities such as greeting

About the role

As a Fulfillment - Stock Associate, you help the operations of the store run smoothly. You oversee shipment processing, managing product movement from the stockroom to the sales floor, and OMNI fulfillment. You ensure the stockroom, sales floor, and desk are always organized and fully stocked. You take ownership of the entire process, so everything – from products to supplies – is in its proper place. Responsible for efficiently processing online orders, locating and preparing merchandise, packing shipments, and supporting store inventory operations. Provides accurate, timely service while maintaining organization and attention to detail. With your attention to detail you play an integral role in contributing to the store’s success.

• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
