Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Picker in Baton Rouge to fill store orders from a pick list and prepare shipments in our Market Hub Fulfillment Center. You will pull merchandise from bins or shelves, verify orders for accuracy, and assist with shipping and receiving while maintaining back stock.

Responsibilities include marking pallets, using lifting equipment after training, and staging parts for deliveries. Flexibility for shifts, overtime and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Read and interpret safety rules, instructions and manuals.
• Basic math skills for measurements and quantities.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work varied shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders using a pick list and prepare orders for shipment in a Market Hub Fulfillment Center.
• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure order completeness.
• Ship and receive inventory and maintain back stock.
• Mark pallets with identifying store information.
• Use lift equipment after training and certification.
• Pick and stage parts for store deliveries.
• Replenish inventory on shelves.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
