Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Cromwell, CT is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to fill store to customer orders using a pick list and prepare orders for shipment. You will retrieve merchandise from bins, ensure order accuracy, and assist with shipping and receiving inventory in a fast-paced hub.

The role requires lifting capabilities, regular standing/walking, adherence to safety procedures, and flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work various shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Marks pallets with store information.
• Uses lift equipment as trained and certified.
• Pick and stage parts for store deliveries.
