Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use including input, access, modify or output data.
• 6 months of using common retail tech such as smart phones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification required; obtain if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by guiding customers to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks and report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
