Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring for an on-site role in Montgomery County. You will pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety. You’ll maintain equipment certifications and support inventory integrity while helping customers and teammates throughout shifts.

The position requires basic computer and retail tech experience, plus certified powered equipment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting and retrieving data.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service and connect customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy by using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns.
• Achieve daily duties with a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork.
