Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Part-Time Fulfillment Specialist to help prepare and ship products for our customers, including in-store pickup options. You will work in our Houston-area stores, following our HEART values to deliver timely, accurate order processing.

You will develop proficiency across store POS and order creation systems, maintain productivity standards, and support the styling team during peak fulfillment periods.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges.
• Detail oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values (Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Relationships, Tenacity).
• Develop proficiency for all company systems for point of sale and order creation.
• Provide an efficient process to turnaround customer orders timely.
• Pull and package in-store pickup orders and assist with pickup for customers.
• Assist the store's Inventory Specialist with shipment processing, replenishment, or store recovery.
• When fulfillment is high, focus on order processing; when low, help with shipment, replenishment, or recovery tasks for the Styling Team.
