Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a fulfillment associate to pick and stage orders, verify accuracy, and prepare shipments in our Market Hub Fulfillment Center. You will retrieve items from bins, label pallets, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining back stock and safety standards.

Great teamwork, reliable attendance, and the ability to work varied shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays are essential. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions and procedures.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring and calculating in all units.

Responsibilities

• Fills store orders using a pick list and prepares shipments according to standards.
• Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves and ensures order accuracy.
• Marks pallets with store information and stacks for delivery.
• Replenishes inventory on shelves and maintains back stock.
• Ability to operate lift equipment after training/certification is completed.
• Adheres to safety policies and maintains reliable attendance.
