Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Associate to fill store orders according to pick lists and prepare shipments in a fast-paced fulfillment center. You will obtain merchandise from bins, ensure order accuracy, and assist with shipping/receiving while maintaining back stock.

Responsibilities include marking pallets, lifting with certified equipment, replenishing shelves, staging parts for deliveries, and upholding a consistent attendance record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED/Home School equivalency.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work varying shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Read and interpret safety rules, instructions and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Will also be responsible for shipping and receiving inventory as well as maintaining back stock.

Requirements

• Being at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)/Home School equivalency
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Being able to work on various shifts, as well as overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Preferred Skills

• Having prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required

The good faith estimate for this role is between 18.85 USD and 20.98 USD per hour for a new team member. The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
