Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist to replenish inventory, service vending programs, and manage on-site customer needs. You will handle deliveries, perform asset replenishment, and maintain equipment at the 618 Wilkerson Rd location.

The role offers local routes, daily customer interactions, and opportunities to contribute to branch success while working MON-FRI 7:00am–5:00pm with 10–28 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Possess a current full valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Lift, slide, carry 25–50lbs and up to 75lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen where applicable in the US territories.
• Pass a background check as required by customers/contractors.

OVERVIEW

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry leading vending program. If you thrive on being on the move, this role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries, to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions. This position is for our branch located at 618 Wilkerson Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29730.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interacting with our customers while making deliveries
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service or industry related work experience
