Job summary

Fastenal is seeking a part-time Fulfillment Specialist at our Pittsburgh, PA 15205 branch. You will be responsible for delivering inventory solutions, replenishing vending programs, and maintaining equipment as part of our local route.

This role offers a dynamic schedule with shifts Monday through Friday 7:00am–5:00pm and up to 28 hours per week. You will interact with customers during deliveries and support branch success through reliable, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to obtain a valid US driver’s license.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong organization.
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass drug screen where required.

OVERVIEW

Embark on your journey as a Part‑time Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry leading vending program. If you thrive on being on the move, this role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries, to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions. This position is for our branch located at 621 Napor Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interacting with our customers while making deliveries
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency

• Previous customer service or industry related work experience
