Job summary

Emsere is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Operations team. You will support the preparation, testing, and fulfillment of equipment and materials used in clinical research, ensuring tests, packaging, and shipments meet internal procedures and quality standards.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery of customer orders in a structured, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational education equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operational, warehouse, or fulfillment environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy and reliability in daily tasks.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and contribute to team objectives.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Perform required equipment tests, checks, and validations, and document results accurately.
• Compile and prepare study materials for clinical research projects.
• Package, label, and prepare equipment for shipment in alignment with internal procedures.
• Complete order picking, equipment handling, and inventory‑related tasks as assigned.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance.
• (US only) Prepare domestic shipments and coordinate with shipping providers.
