Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to fill orders and prepare shipments from our Market Hub. You will pick items from shelves, obtain merchandise, and stage for delivery while assisting with shipping and receiving.

The role requires lifting up to 100 pounds, standing for long periods, and availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Safety rules and basic math are essential to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work varying shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Read and interpret safety rules, instructions and procedures.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in all units.

Responsabilités

• Ship and receive inventory and maintain back stock.
• Mark pallets with store information and stage for delivery.
• Operate lift equipment after training and certification.

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsible for filling store to customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards in a Market Hub Fulfillment Center. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Will also be responsible for shipping and receiving inventory as well as maintaining back stock.Responsibilities• Marks pallets with identifying store information• Uses lift equipment as needed once training and certification are completed• Pick and stage parts for store deliveries• Replenish Inventory to shelves• Consistent, reliable attendance• Other related duties as assigned.Requirements• Being at least 18 years of age• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)/Home School equivalency• Eligible to work in the United States• Being able to work on various shifts, as well as overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals• Preferred Skills• Having prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not requiredPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
