Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Woburn, MA is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to deliver inventory solutions and manage our vending program. This full-time role covers a local route, replenishments, and equipment maintenance for multiple customer sites.

You will interact with customers during deliveries, place and fulfill orders on-site, and support the branch’s success. The position requires a valid driver’s license and customer-service focus, with a 7:00am–5:00pm schedule.

OVERVIEW

Embark on your journey as a Full-time Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry leading vending program. If you thrive on being on the move, this role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries, to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions. This position is for our branch located at 29 Draper St, Woburn, MA 01801.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interacting with our customers while making deliveries
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

COMPENSATION

The pay range for this position is $55,000 - 65,000.
