JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW

The below represents some of the primary responsibilities of the position.

• Tracking and Printing of payroll and tax-related items
• Ability to operate basic fulfillment equipment (printer, sealer, postage)
• Work with various delivery method systems (UPS, Courier, Mail)
• Track Inventory and supplies associated with projects
• Prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, efficient, and economic delivery of services.
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.

• Education: equivalent education and/or work experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong time management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Must work well within a team.

Knowledge Technologies

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Fulfillment equipment (printers, sealers, shipping, postage machine)
