Fastenal is seeking a part-time Fulfillment Specialist for its Linthicum, MD branch. You will deliver and replenish inventory, service vending equipment, and manage customer orders in a dynamic local route.

This role requires strong customer service and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The position supports our branch operations at 5189 Raynor Ave, Linthicum, MD 21090 with a MON–FRI schedule and 5–28 hours per week.

OVERVIEW:

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist, where you'll take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry leading vending program. If you thrive on being on the move, this role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries, to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions. This position is for our branch located at 5189 Raynor Ave, Linthicum, MD 21090.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment
• Interacting with our customers while making deliveries
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed

• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous customer service or industry related work experience
