Job summary

Fastenal is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist in Fond du Lac, WI. You will deliver excellence by replenishing inventory, maintaining vending equipment, and servicing local customers on a daily route.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm at our Fond Du Lac branch, with opportunities to grow within the company and develop on-the-job and classroom training through Fastenal School of Business.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older due to job nature.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record requirements for company vehicle use.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and prioritization abilities.

OVERVIEW

From making deliveries, to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you'll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs

• Previous customer service or industry related work experience
