Job summary

Fastenal is seeking a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist to service our local route in Sarasota, FL. You will handle deliveries, replenish vending equipment, and maintain customer sites daily.

This branch-based role includes coordinating with customers, managing inventory, and supporting branch operations. The position operates in our store at 1985 Cattleman Rd, with shifts Mon-Fri 7:00am-5:00pm, up to 28 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driver's license
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Work independently as well as in a team environment

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs

OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites
• Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
