Job summary
Printful is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our production team in Charlotte. You will assist with printing, shipping, packing, and managing customer experience while moving items efficiently through the production process.
You will operate equipment, learn various workstations, and perform quality checks to ensure products meet our standards. The role requires punctuality, a focus on details, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Must have sharp attention to detail and be reliable.
- Strong customer-focus and problem-solving orientation.
- Comfort with standing for 8 hours and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, with reading and writing proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Move items efficiently through production to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Operate printing and fulfillment equipment to produce high-quality outputs.
- Learn and rotate through workstations (Posters, Mugs, Canvases, Stickers, Jewelry) to build skills.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure standards are met.
