Job summary

Remedi SeniorCare, a Clarest Health Division, seeks a Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician for our Ashland, VA facility. This on-site role uses Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment to fill bulk prescriptions and stage finished items for shipment.

Compensation starts at $18/hour with a $1.50/hour shift differential. Schedule is 2:30pm–1:00am, 7 on/7 off, with rotation starting Wednesday night. Reports to the Fulfillment Operations Technician Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current VA Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing required.
• Minimum of one year working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Use Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
• Adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct and Compliance policies.
