  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with emphasis on compounding and fulfillment.

  • Adaptable to shifting priorities in a dynamic pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately dispense medication and fulfill orders by preparing, packaging, and labeling bottles, vials, and oral suspensions.
  • Track and manage medication inventory to ensure availability and compliance with pharmacy regulations.
  • Ensure timely and precise distribution of medications to healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and replenish medication supplies as needed.

Job Summary

Southend Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Technician. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that a pharmacy or healthcare facility complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. Their duties are specialized and often administrative, with a focus on quality assurance and risk management. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact on the safety and well-being of our patients.

Please note that this evening shift schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM ; however, hours may be adjusted based on business needs, and flexibility in availability is expected to support teams and operational demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately dispense medication and fulfill medication orders by preparing, packaging, and labeling bottles, vials, and oral suspensions
  • Track and manage medication inventory to ensure availability and compliance with pharmacy regulations
  • Ensure timely and precise medication distribution to healthcare providers

What We Require
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Pharmacy Technician certification from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy

  • Prior experience using Google Docs and related Google Workspace applications
  • Familiarity with pharmacy software systems such as Lifefile, PioneerRx, or QS/1
  • Previous experience in a compounding pharmacy environment
