Job summary

Express Scripts Pharmacy Benefit Services is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician to join a dedicated team focusing on accurate fulfillment and order processing. The role involves operating production equipment, preparing drugs for dispensing, repacking and restocking, and collaborating with pharmacists and production clerks to ensure accurate filling and packing.

Work is fully on-site in Missouri with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent working experience.
• MO Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Knowledge of standard dispensing concepts, practices, and procedures with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and assist team members.
• Basic PC knowledge; Microsoft Office suite preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician

As a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician on our team you will be a part of a passionate team of pharmacy technicians focusing on fulfillment and order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and responsibly operates production equipment to include but not limited to:
  • Changing prescription labels,
  • Cleaning printers,
  • Monitoring production equipment,
  • Prepare drugs for dispensing.
  • Repack and restock medications/materials.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and production clerks to ensure that medications are adequately filled and packed.
  • Clean and help maintain equipment and work area.
  • Assigned additional tasks as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent working experience.
• MO Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within dispensing pharmacy, strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions. Ability and desire to assist team members.
• Basic PC knowledge; Microsoft Office suite preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently
• Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.
• Work may be in confined areas close to machinery.
• Work may be performed in an environment with varying levels of noise.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday - 8 AM to 4:30 PM
