Job summary

Mullaney’s Pharmacy & Home Healthcare, a member of the Guardian family, invites applications for a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role supports prescription fulfillment, packaging, and timely delivery to customers, under a pharmacist’s supervision.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, strong accuracy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Compensation includes competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (per state requirements).
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• 1+ years related experience; basic computer skills; ability to work independently; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that does not scan properly.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other fulfillment areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication for orders.
• Maintain inventory levels and organize stock for easy retrieval.
• Meet pharmacy's accuracy and productivity levels consistently.
• Collaborate with supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.
