Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacist in Pittsburgh, PA for a full-time, onsite role with a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule. No weekends and a weekday-only operation offer a predictable workflow and strong team collaboration.

You'll review prescriptions for accuracy, perform final verification, oversee dispensing workflow and work closely with technicians to maintain high-quality, compliant operations. Prior specialty/pharmacy fulfillment exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety and compliance.
• Perform final verification and quality assurance.
• Oversee fulfillment and dispensing workflow.
• Work closely with pharmacy technicians to maintain an efficient operation.
• Ensure regulatory, quality and safety standards are consistently met.
• Support a collaborative, team-oriented pharmacy environment.
