Gentell, Inc. is hiring a Pick and Pack Associate in Evansville, IN. You will efficiently fulfill daily product orders, pick items using computer-based sheets, pack them securely, and prepare shipments with accurate labels.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of picking/packing experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs while standing for long periods. Full-time schedule with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year or more experience in picking and packing.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with using tools required for this position.
• Physically agile and dexterous.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes and pack products for shipment.
• Verify quantity and item codes before shipment.
• Generate shipping labels and ensure correct shipping info.
• Move completed orders to shipping area.
• Receive inbound freight and stock materials.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks.
• Maintain an organized, clean, safe work area.
