Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a Variable Schedule Operations Associate for DashMart in a part-time role. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory and spoilage, and maintain warehouse organization to ensure fast, reliable fulfillment.

Shifts are variable with at least one shift every two weeks and training provided. Applicants should be reliable, team-oriented, with a background in grocery/food service or warehouse work and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders for delivery via the app.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables and shelf-life oversight.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight shoppers.
