Saltbox in Dallas is seeking a Full-Time Fulfillment Specialist (Member Specialist) to support inventory, picking, packing, and shipping for small business members. The role involves a mix of physical tasks, warehouse coordination, and member-facing support within Farmers Branch and Carrollton locations.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and managers.
• Retail or warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items.
• Process, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor delivery dock and welcome delivery trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
