Job summary

Tersus Solutions is a Denver-based company revolutionizing textile care with patented liquid CO₂ technology. You will own daily throughput at our Denver facility: stocking, cycle counting, picking/packing, and outbound shipping. You will lead a team of up to 20 across shifts, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include end-to-end flow, SOP design, labor planning, cost tracking, and maintaining inventory integrity while meeting brand program requirements and safety standards.

• End-to-end responsibility for intake, sort, grading, disposition routing, WIP movement, QC, and outbound.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop leads and associates; set expectations and build bench.
• Build and iterate SOPs governing how goods move; lead root-cause fixes.
• Labor planning to match inbound forecasts, including surge periods.
