Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day processing and shipping for manufactured products. You will create, schedule, and track outbound delivery appointments while coordinating with Production, Inventory and Sales to meet objectives.

You’ll ensure DOT compliance, uphold GMP/HACCP standards, and mentor hourly staff in a fast‑paced, startup environment. Strong organizational skills required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a production environment with supervisory duties.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role directing hourly staff.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with GMP/HACCP and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup atmosphere with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fulfillment and logistics operations and scheduling.
• Ensure accurate recording of discrepancies in the delivery log by EOD.
• Coordinate routing of vehicles while complying with DOT rules.
• Collaborate with Production, Inventory and Sales to meet goals.
• Manage warehousing, inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Ensure driver compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Plan maintenance for PITs and delivery vehicles.
• Assist with waste profiles, manifests, and shipping documents.
• Conduct weekly product inventory audits and report to Logistics Manager.
• Coordinate cross-departmental operations to optimize flow.

The Role

The Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day processing and shipping operations for products manufactured at GTI, including the creation, scheduling, and tracking of outbound product delivery appointments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all order discrepancies (overage, shortage, damage, quality issues, invoicing adjustments, etc.) are recorded in the 3-way match log by end of business the day of delivery.
• Performs daily routing of vehicles to various customer and company locations throughout the service area while maintaining compliance with both DOT rules and regulations and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Works closely with Production, Inventory, and Sales Departments to meet objectives and address service-related issues.
• Manage daily activities related to warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• Ensures that company Delivery Drivers operate in compliance with all Federal, State, Local and company regulations/policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain fulfillment process schedule to meet delivery schedule goals.
• Plan and schedule maintenance of all Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Delivery Vehicles.
• Assist in completing medical cannabis waste profiles, manifests, and shipping documents, and maintain waste processing records.
• Conducting weekly finished product inventory audits & reporting results to the Logistics Manager.
• Confer with Lead’s, Production Supervisors, and Department Managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
• Must understand and maintain compliance with all state laws and/or regulations that affect Green Thumb Industries (GTI) operations.
• Expected to adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect product safety, product quality, or personnel safety.

Train employees to:

• Package all final products following GTI product specifications.
• Identify quality issues that could negatively impact the final product.
• Achieve production rates set by the Logistics Manager.
• Perform essential BioTrack functions as needed.
• Complete vault and flower inventories.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform reaching, grasping, bending, stooping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds (and up to 100 pounds with assistance) AND must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with product.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Work involves daily exposure to allergens (such as cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil).

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a production environment, 2+ years in supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA preferred.
• Experience in directing and evaluating hourly employees.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness.
• Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment.
• Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Continuous improvement, ex. Kaizen, Gemba Walks.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees and customers.
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.

Additional Requirements

• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements to work in the cannabis industry (requires background check and state review).

The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.

Green Thumb Pay Range

$65,000 - $85,000 USD
