Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Associates to support order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and customer service in our distribution centers. Comprehensive training is provided, no experience required.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting orders, pulling and packing inventory, stocking, coordinating outbound shipping, and cycle counting while maintaining safety standards. Beneficial are GED, PIE experience, and bilingual skills in English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork to support warehouse operations.
• Experience operating Power Industrial Equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
• Prior warehouse experience in a high-volume distribution or logistics environment is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to streamline processes.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service by fulfilling orders accurately and quickly.
• Receive and inspect orders, verify shipments for quality and compliance.
• Pull and pack inventory to support fast order fulfillment.
• Stock and replenish products to maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate outbound shipping to support retail distribution and logistics.
• Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate PIE safely and according to safety protocols.
• Maintain warehouse safety standards and follow safety policies.
