Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate a forklift, stock and merchandise products, and support members with purchases and pickup orders.

You will maintain inventory flow, ensure safety, and collaborate with management and teammates to meet priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling pallet jacks, staging merchandise, and supporting promotions while upholding company policies and safety standards in a fast-paced club

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 90 days of forklift experience.
• Able to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Forklift certification required.
• Preferred: Customer service, retail experience, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move, pick, and position merchandise and pallets.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Provide member service, guidance, and support with self-service technology and purchases.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; report unsafe conditions and follow hazard procedures.
• Process club pickup orders and ensure timely staging and accuracy.
