Job summary

Binks US LLC in Shoreview, MN is seeking a Distribution Associate to join our warehouse team. You will pick, pack, and ship customer orders, restock shelves, and prepare shipping documents for timely delivery.

This full-time role requires basic math, inventory awareness, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Hours are 5am-3:30pm, Monday to Thursday, with a quarterly bonus and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and work history acceptable
• Prior experience in material picking and inventory control required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and apply math skills to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship customer orders, restock shelves, pack small parts into boxes and bags for stocking/shipping, and prepare various shipping documents.
• Move or expedite material to proper departments or place in temporary area.
• Operate manual and/or powered material handling and packaging equipment as required.
• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Accurately fill customer orders matching goods picked to customer’s order.
• Operate UPS computer shipping system to ship and/or track packages.
• Enter and report inventory changes and completed shipments in ROI system.
• Package parts using packing machines and produce labels.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete Carlisle documents and match goods with packing lists to ensure AP records are correct.
• Participate in replenishment cycle of stock levels.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; perform housekeeping duties.
