Job summary

Teladoc Health is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join the Shipping Department in a role focusing on inventory, reverse logistics, and data validation. You will process inbound member registration forms, scan and digitize records, and ensure accuracy across Ancora batches.

Summary of Position

As part of our team in the Shipping Department, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations. Your focus will be on maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction. In addition to your existing responsibilities, we’re introducing new aspects related to inventory and reverse logistics. Now, let’s delve into the specifics of processing inbound member registration forms and updating Ancora batches.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Inventory Oversight:

  • Keep track of office supplies and inventory levels of swag and P360.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of supplies. Posts outgoing mail.
  • Handle inventory-related tasks.

Reverse Logistics:

  • Manage the flow of returned packages, returned mail, and inbound replacement stocking orders.
  • Process returns, salvage, and inventory removals (MIRs) in compliance with regulations.
  • Handle environmentally sensitive items (ESIM) responsibly.
  • Process restock and damaged items accurately.
  • Receive and process member registration forms sent via mail.
  • Scan and digitize the forms for efficient record-keeping.
  • Validate the information provided by cross-referencing with existing data.
Updating Ancora Batches for Information Validation
  • Collaborate with the Ancora team to validate and update member information.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data within Ancora batches.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Occasionally assist the Print Facility with print finishing tasks.
  • Perform scanning and file conversion duties.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
  • Maintain an organized approach with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiently use computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a Windows environment.

The salary range for this position is $20 - 22/hourly. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

During your first year of service, you will accrue 5.84 hours of PTO for each bi-weekly pay period. In addition, you will receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only. If you are applying for a part-time role, your recruiter can provide additional details.
