Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support Market Hub Fulfillment Center operations in Jacksonville, FL. You will fill store orders using pick lists, prepare shipments, and help manage inventory on the floor and in the back stock.

The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and safety while handling goods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets. Training provided for lift equipment and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work varied shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Read and interpret safety rules, instructions and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Preferred: prior warehouse training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Fill store orders using a pick list and prepare orders for shipment.
• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure order completeness.
• Ship and receive inventory and maintain back stock.
• Mark pallets with identifying store information.
• Use lift equipment as needed after training and certification.
• Pick and stage parts for store deliveries.
• Replenish inventory to shelves.
• Maintain consistent, reliable attendance.
• Other related duties as assigned.
