Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Nashville, TN is seeking a Fulfillment Center associate to pick customer orders from a pick list, stage items for delivery, and prepare shipments according to store standards. You will also assist with shipping/receiving and maintaining back stock.

Responsibilities include marking pallets, lifting as trained, picking and staging parts for deliveries, replenishing shelves, and maintaining dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED; eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Fill store to customer orders using pick lists and prepare shipments.
• Marks pallets with store information and uses lift equipment after training.
• Pick and stage parts for store deliveries and replenish inventory.
• Maintain back stock and ensure order accuracy.
• Demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance.
• Other related duties as assigned.
