Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring for a full-time on-site warehouse associate in Bethlehem, PA. You will operate powered industrial trucks, assist with picking, packing, shipping, and returns, and use handheld scanners and PCs to track inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Able to work full shifts, overtime, and stand/walk for 10–12 hours.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Willing to work onsite daily in Bethlehem, PA.
• Relocation assistance is not available.
• Experience is welcome but not necessary.

• Operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts, throughout the shift
• Support picking, stowing, shuttling, loading, unloading, and other PIT-related work
• Use stationary PCs or handheld scanner devices while operating PIT equipment
• Operate stock pickers or turret trucks at heights of 60–80 feet using safety equipment
• Perform responsibilities across departments, including unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Help ensure customers’ orders are handled properly
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, and attendance standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to work full shifts, overtime, and stand/walk for 10–12 hours
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation
• Willing to push, pull, bend, squat, twist, grasp, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine and up to 80 feet using PIT equipment with a safety harness
• Willing to be trained and operate various powered industrial trucks, including forklifts and stock pickers
• Committed to meeting safety, quality, productivity, and attendance standards
• Demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a positive, professional attitude
• Experience is welcome but not necessary
• Must work onsite daily in Bethlehem, PA
