Job summary

ImageFIRST is hiring a Fulfillment Center Associate in the Lancaster, PA area. Shift hours are 5am-3:30pm or 6am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday with Friday as needed. Pay starts at $14.50/hour plus weekly pay. You will inventory garments, pull from inventory, tape and chip garments, and scan barcodes and RFID chips.

The role requires basic reading, writing, math, and communication skills, ability to lift 50 pounds, and compliance with OSHA standards. Join a team with strong culture and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Inventory garments.
• Pull product from inventory to fill work orders.
• Tape and chip garments.
• Scan barcode labels and RFID chips.
• Sort orders of garments into shipping boxes by location.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor and adhere to management directions.
• Comply with OSHA standards on equipment and decontaminate work areas.
• Ensure Lock-out Tag Out policies are followed at all times.
• Shut off equipment when not in use.
• Adhere to the ImageFIRST Way guidelines.

  • Decontaminate work area after shift according to OSHA standards.
• Assure Lock-out Tag Out policies are adhered to at all times.
• Shut off all equipment when not in use.

WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds. Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
