Job summary

FCP Euro in Wisconsin is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support inbound receiving, picking, packing, and returns processing in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will handle inventory organization, order fulfillment, and shipping with accuracy and efficiency.

You’ll use handheld scanners and fulfillment systems, perform quality checks, and assist with reverse logistics. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and operating equipment with proper training provided.

As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality European auto parts to enthusiasts, professional technicians, and customers who rely on us to keep their vehicles performing at their best. In this fast-paced, hands-on environment, you’ll work across multiple areas of the operation, including inbound receiving, picking, packing, and returns processing.

In this role, you’ll support every stage of the fulfillment process—from receiving and organizing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll also help maintain inventory accuracy, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot order or product issues to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements-

• Lift, push, and move packages and equipment
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout your shift
• Use carts, dollies, and other tools to move inventory

Compensation

• $20.00 - $24/hr, depending on prior experience and qualifications
• Quarterly bonus opportunity up to $750
