We're Looking For Someone Who…

The right candidate doesn't just fill a seat — they make the team better. Here's what sets our ideal hire apart:

• Brings a positive, can-do attitude to a collaborative and independent work environment — someone who genuinely enjoys coming to work and contributing to something bigger than themselves
• Takes ownership of their day — you like clarity, you appreciate direction, and you hit the ground running once you know what needs to get done
• Is hungry to learn and grow — you're not just here to follow the playbook, you're here to understand why things work the way they do and offer ideas that make us even better
• Is adaptable when it counts — our peak season (November through December) is our Super Bowl, and we need team members who can flex their schedule and rise to the occasion
• Is ready to go the extra mile — whether that means staying a bit late or coming in on a weekend during crunch time, you understand that overtime is an opportunity, not an obstacle

If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you!
